By agreeing to these terms of service, you warrant to LappyTrack that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement with LappyTrack.
You agree to refrain from engaging in any conduct that damages the usability of this site or to defeat any security measure employed by LappyTrack including, but not limited to attempts to obtain other users passwords, gain access to secured information, deface the site, and denial of service attacks.
You agree that you will not attempt to access the services provided by LappyTrack except through interfaces provided by LappyTrack for that purpose.
You, as the author of your bulletin board posts, accept full responsibility for the content you post. You agree not to post anything illegal, including but not limited to libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or obscene material.
The LappyTrack client is provided for you at no cost and you assume full responsibility for its installation and use.
LappyTrack explicitly disclaims all liability under any circumstances (including negligence) for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, its services.
You agree that LappyTrack may summarily block your use of its resources if you violate these terms of service.
LappyTrack may, at times and for the good of the community of users, amend these terms as it deems necessary.
In no event will LappyTrack be liable for more than the annual fee you paid for its services.
Purchase of a subscription to the LappyTrack service constitutes an acceptance of these terms.
