Troubleshooting

The most likely problem that you may encounter is that you forgot to subscribe to LappyTrack and your account was deleted after a week. We're sorry, but we needed the server space and warned you that it would happen. The easiest way to solve the problem is to uninstall your original LappyTrack, open a new account, and install a new client. The second time around it should take you less than ten minutes. If you deleted the uninstall icon, simply open the folder you created in "Program Files" and double click on the application file that starts with "unins".
